Proud to be modern and traditional kitchen makers
After collaborating on various projects over the years, we decided to start our own business. With extensive experience in high-end kitchens, furniture and property development, we knew exactly where to focus our efforts.
We identified a common issue with expensive bespoke kitchens: it was often found in generic catalogues and required significant modifications to fit a client’s space. Additionally, many bespoke kitchen companies lacked the personalised design service we believed was essential. This inspired us to establish Aperture Designed Furniture, ensuring our customers never have to compromise on customisability or customer service.

Introducing Michael
After studying politics at University, Michael established his own decoration and property maintenance business.
His venture quickly attracted high-profile clients like the influential Bamford family.
Working for discerning clients demanded superior quality and creativity, pushing Michael to constantly refine his furniture design skills, blending functionality with opulence.
High-profile projects taught Michael to balance client relations with the practical demands of his work, solidifying his reputation as a master of his trade and highlighting his dedication to excellence.
Introducing James
James began his career in property development, specialising in house renovations and the installation of high-end German kitchens.
Additionally, he is an experienced stage builder, having contributed to various staging projects for TV shows.
This expertise evolved into the establishment of a fully operational workshop in the Cotswolds, culminating in the formation of the partnership known as Aperture Designed Furniture.
James is passionate about his work and is driven by the satisfaction of witnessing the transformation that comes with completing a project.
How we bring your ideas to life...
Our process is straightforward, and because we partner with local trusted tradespeople, we can also provide help with electrics, plumbing, decorators, flooring and Interior Design. Saving your valuable time.
Telephone Call
Initial chat to understand more about what you require. Fill in the contact form to get started. We’ll always aim to call you within 24 hours.
Meet In-Person
We’ll meet with you initially at your home, to discuss your needs and ideas, as well as get to know each other and begin the measurements.
Design in CAD
We create your vision through CAD technology and/or drawings to present you with all the various options and costings to complete the full project.
Build in our Workshop
Once you give us the go-ahead, we build everything in our workshop just outside of Winchcombe. We’ll keep you up to date with the progress.
Installation
We then install your furniture, co-ording all the various tradespeople and apply the finishing touches. We also have a dedicated aftercare service.
